Food trucks are seasonal—and with Canadian winters, we keep things hot when the weather allows.
Our season runs from May through September.
We’re fully mobile, which means we can pull right up to your driveway for private events.
During the season, you’ll usually find us operating between Mississauga and Toronto on weekends.

OUR STORY & VISION
It all started with a hungry 8-year-old boy in the Dominican Republic. He dreamed of one day owning a big truck—one he could fill with food for his family.
Fast forward 20 years, now living in Canada, that dream became reality… but with a twist. Instead of just feeding his own, he’s bringing authentic Dominican street food to the streets of the GTA.
Our goal is simple: to introduce people to real Dominican fritura—the bold, crispy flavors that define our culture. And of course, to make sure everyone knows and loves plátano—especially patacones (fried green plantains).
